Double stroller experts--recs needed

I know this has been posted lately, but I thought I'd post my particular needs in a double stroller and see if anyone has any recommendations.

B will be 20 months when the new baby is born.  I have been thinking we'd want a sit and stand, and looking briefly has shown me that there are options (I'm thinking Baby Trend?) that have a regular seat that converts to the bench style seat.  I could be making this up, though.  Being able to attach the infant seat would be nice, too.  I really use a stroller a lot, and our sitter likes to have one to take B on walks.  I am not opposed to wearing the new baby in a Moby at first.

We take 2-3 mile walks as a family nightly when the weather's nicer.  We currently use our Graco Metrolite, and it works just fine for these needs.  Because of our walks, I think we'll use a double stroller a lot, since B won't be walking in those situations.  It doesn't have to be anything super heavy duty, and I'd rather not spend a fortune (I'm thinking between 100-200, if possible).  Any recommendations?
