Preemie Clothes

Hey Ladies,

Does anybody know where the best place to buy preemie clothes is or which stores sell them? I've been in the hospital on bedrest since being 30 weeks and will be here until delivery or 36 week point. 

This is my first and I hadn't shopped around yet for clothes so I have no idea what Target, etc sells.

I have seen them at Babies R Us and Walmart has some.

BRU has the best selection...which is still slim.  You'll find some at Walmart and Target too.  Janie and Jack has a preemie collection too if you want some nicer things.

Kohl's has some preemie stuff of carter's line.

I found that the Gerber stuff tended to run small, so if you get the newborn stuff, it might only be slighly big for a preemie.

Carter's stores have a ton of preemie stuff and Kohl's has a few things. I actually wound up buying a lot at Walmart - their Garanimals brand is super cheap and comes in preemie sizes. Check resale or consignment shops too if you're comfortable with that. I got a few preemie Carter's onesies and pants/tops that look brand new for about $1 each.

The other's have given good suggestions.  I would not buy too many preemie clothes though.  My son was born at 26 weeks and didn't wear preemie clothes very long at all.

Carters is where my family picked up a good assortment.  With that said, my 34 weeker only wore them for 2-3 weeks at most.

Lots of brand new stuff on ebay, too. Just search for NWT, so do "NWT Gymboree Preemie" or Newborn instead of Preemie.
