i need some advice

im not really sure if this is where i need to be but here is my situation, i had gave birth to 2 beautiful girls one january 2010 and the other october 2010 which both passed away shortly after birth, i got on depo after i gave birth the last time because i wanted to give my body a chance to heal for at least 6 mths before i got pregnant again and thats the only way i could lol. well here lately i have been having awful pregnancy symptoms, sore boobies, tiredness, heartburn, nausea, hot flashes, hunger, cravings, and a bloated belly(i cant fasten the same jeans i had on last week). i took a hpt and it said negative, i waited 5 weeks after giving birth to have sex again but i havent had a menstrual since a week after giving birth to be able to tell if its late or not. i went to the er this morning because i was having some mild cramping and they did a urine test and it was negative then they did a pelvic test got the results back and which was nothing, i asked them what were the levels of hormones in my blood and they told me they didnt do one, so i asked them to do one and he acted like he had a problem, so he told me that i had bacterial vaginosis and it contributed to the cramping and other symptoms, i dont have that because i know my body and i have had that several times. so then he said he was gonna see if they can check it now this is like 2 hours after they first drew the blood, he asks if i am gonna wait for the results or di i just want them to call me, i said i will wait that frustrated him more so maybe about 25 minutes later he comes back and says ur hormone level is 1 and im like what the hell is one...but i guess my issue/question is has anyone ever been through this and might can tell me wth is going on with my body

I'm sorry for your losses.  After giving birth I didn't have AF for one full year - some people take longer then others.  As for the pg symptoms there are other things which may cause similar symptoms.  You had several test all of which said you are not pg - I would trust them. 

If you are still having a lot of problems call your doctor because something else might be wrong.  Did you have a follow up after giving birth?

You should read the side effects of depo.  They are very alarming.  I was on it for a year.

thank you, i made a dr appt for tomorrow with my gynecologist, yes i did follow up for the 6 week check up after the baby as a matter of fact i had an appt the following week after having her lol, the doctors wanted to make sure that i was on bc because they said that i conceive easily, but i hope evrything is ok and not pregnant because i wanted to wait at least 6 to 8 mths to get pregnant and i thought i was safe with bc

I don't have experience with depo, but I wanted to say that I am very sorry for your losses.  I hope you get things figured out soon!

thank you but i do know that blood tests do give false negatives also, one of my closest family members went through it and the only way they were able to know she was pregnant was through ultrasound after continuosly going to the dr complaining, its very easy for me to conceive i just want to make sure i didnt bust through this depo

thank you, that site helped alot it eased alot of my worries, i was looking for extra side effects for the depo but couldnt find them all i kept getting was missed periods, weight gain, and thinning of the hair
