DS got this tunnel tent. He loves it. Its great for raining days in the living room. The tunnel and tent aren't connected though, so it nice you can use them separately, but DS gets mad when it falls apart. It is also very easy to set up/store. I keep the tunnel and tent rolled up behind the couch.
MIL gave DS this tent/tunnel for Christmas, but we haven't opened it yet. We don't have the room in the house for it, so we are waiting til the spring to use outdoors.
We've got this one... https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2402420
And are in it pretty much all day, we bought the 150 ball bag from target and put it in the middle because it has sides to keep them in. He's made the middle into his little reading room and we crawl in there to read his books and we've got pillows in there, if you've got the room it's awesome.
we have the same one as the PP! Hoot got it for her birthday. she especially loves the tunnel part, but i find the tent kind of a beezy to set up on the fly... we also have this tent too and it is easier to set up and take down. maybe the other one will be better when she is a little older.
as for a ballpit, we don't have one, but i saw that you can buy the balls at walmart for $10 w/o the pit - i have heard of people using a kiddie pool or a PnP for the pait part. maybe we'll try this sometime. LOL or maybe we'll fill one of our tents with the $10 balls and see how that goes.

we have this ball pit and a cheapie kid pool that we use when there are a lot of kids around.
Re: Ball Pit / tunnels
We had this ball pit, which DS loved, but did eventually get a hole in it and we haven't gotten a new one.
