Daycare and Potty Training

Daycare says they potty train there if you are doing it at home...Ethan only wears "big boy underwear" at home except right before he goes to bed. He pottys and then puts a pull up on. Now daycare, she told me it's cold outside, What does that have to do with anything. Im telling the girl, he is doing wonderful at home. I think its they dont want to mess with it. He is so close I just wish they would do what they say they are going to do

If the teacher/assistant isn't following through with what you were initially told they do, I'd talk to the director. Just explain what you were told and how well he is doing at home and you don't want to screw it up at all by them not doing it at daycare.
