A little bummed!

I have to wait 5 more weeks for the sex ultrasound!!! I got a UTI and the dr wants to wait till everything is healed and what not before having the tech push on everything but its still disappointing!

That stinks...but your still on the early side for the anatomy scan anyways.  At least your not 19 weeks and being told another 5 weeks!

True, but I was so excited and have had so many issues with this baby!

Your doctor wants to wait 5 weeks because of the UTI?  I am just now getting over a UTI and my doctor didn't say anything about waiting.  I'm so glad he didn't, because 5 weeks would put me at 24 weeks (I'm supposed to have my anatomy scan on Tuesday).  Sorry you have to wait.

Yeah she did cause if the tech puts too much pressure on my bladder it could irritate the infection and then it won't heal any faster and would make it more uncomfortable for me. Which I understand cause I can tell just by touch that things are inflamed so I suppose with the doppler if she pushes too hard that would hurt! good luck with your scan!!

it sucks...but if it makes you feel better I have to wait until I'm 22w3d!!!!  ARGH!
