2nd AF Post m/c

This is starting to bug me, this is my 2nd AF after m/c in Nov, I'm on day 7 and its not showing any signs of slowing.  Pre-m/c my cycles lasted 1-2 days and were very light. Now they are super heavy (for the first time in my life I am using "Super" tampons, and horrible cramps and seems like its lasting forever!  Anyone else experience similar?
