Scheduled my anatomy scan

On Jake's birthday! So excited. Jan 28th so not long at all.

And he found the heartbeat instantly this morning, 133bpm and really strong/loud. I was relieved since I haven't started feeling movement yet so I've been getting totally paranoid since my last appnt.

Exciting!  I didn't start feeling movement with Claire until 16ish weeks, so don't fret.  It'll be soon!

Hehe, apparently I got better seats than I thought I did so he's happy with the Monster Trucks too now    Baby scan Friday, Monster Trucks Saturday.

I scheduled our anatomy scan for the day before our anniversary.  It made it extra special.

I don't really have a feeling either way. Jake really wants a boy, but I've known that since we met. A lot of our friends have girls, so I told him he would fit right in with the group if we have a girl too, haha. We'll both be happy either way though.
