wow that grandparentless post is a tad special. i couldn't read much or i'd get a lot angry.

Right off the bat with the first page of the first post- the bf'ing tickers are offensive to those who weren't able to bf.
So by that logic, all tickers regarding children should be removed because I'm unable to have children and therefore am offended by others accomplishing that which I can not.

GC that was my first thought as well. But apparently, there is NO good reason in support of having said ticker NO MATTER WHAT.
I forgot to mention this in my response: people who have tickers for kids are making jabs at us. And I guess I'm being jabbed and making a jab at you. I am a confusing person.

What bothers me is her absolute inability to see that she might be wrong. Ever. If anyone argues with her she either comes back with "you don't understand what I meant, where's your reading comprehension" or goes to the "sweetheart" sarcasm. Then it's PIPs which are meant to be funny but fall flat, and then blocking, which she makes separate posts about.
There was one from election time where she went on a rant about Obama, insulted someone else and then blocked that person when she tried to refute SA's "facts" which seemed to come from Fox News.
But seriously, MONTHS of the CKC fight.

It is really amusing to see how consistent she is though.
Very formulaic.
And if she really only means the first statement of her post (because this is the third example I've seen where people call her out on ridiculous statements and she goes back and says "you are missing the point- the first thing I said was my point and you are just putting words in my mouth" when she really did say those things) then why doesn't she just stop there?

"I'm sad that my children's grandmothers are moving away."
"It's annoying when people post on a two day old post, bringing it to the top of the page."
Problem solved.
But it makes me really wonder about those people who seem to love her. Are they new? Blind? Stupid?

I agree, I don't get it. I just read through the first and second and she says something dumb/offensive, deflects, carries it on and on, and then tells others to get over it.
I'm really starting to think she isn't all there in the head, and wonder how she got a following.
I think the answer is sheep. And sadly, the CKC badge does seem to give a poster more credibility on the age boards. I've seen members say completely obnoxious things that would otherwise get flamed and no one says anything.

I do not get how they can start screaming about reading comprehension when it is pretty clear that she did indeed say that.

We should all make tickers that tell how long we've enjoyed our grandparents.
Only if I can have a ticker that says

I think I'm finally caught up and my eyes are bleeding and my brain is going to explode from the amount of stupid I have read tonight.
2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!

That's the problem. I never read those posts. I understand the need for breaks. Just make sure you check in every once in a while!
Let me also note that I have firsthand experience with the aforementioned blocking.
She blocked you because you make too much sense.

Leslie, make sure you tell them that if they had any sense, they'd realize that they have an obligation to be with their grandchildren and they should have picked up their lives and moved with you.
Don't forget to put your order in on which parent you would prefer to croak first. Heaven forbid your children are stuck with the "wrong" grandparent living so far away selfishly. I mean, how much worse could their situation get?
