Can I have some good vibes/ T&Ps (NIFR)

I've been sick off and on since last Tuesday- low fever and sore throat, coughing fits from postnasal drip xmas eve and xmas day.  

Went to the dr. yesterday- negative for strep, just URTI - low fever 99.9- so started on antibiotics and tussinex. 

Woke up yesterday and was really dizzy/light headed- temp 103.5- so I've been taking lots of advil every 6 hrs and slept all day- only ate 2 small applesauces all day.

Today- still tired but fever is better- only up to 101.8.  

I'm a bit worried b/c this same thing happened 3 yrs ago and I had to go to the hospital for fluids for 4 days.  It was the same time of year too.  Since starting the abx my pee is stronger color and stronger smell- like when you take vitamins (I'm thinking it's from the antibiotic).  But that also happened 3 yrs ago and ended up I had a bad bladder infection/kidney infection.  So T&Ps that I get better and don't have to go to the hospital.
