As of tomorrow, I could get pregly. The Mirena comes out at 11. I'm approaching this very much like ripping off a band aid. Just close your eyes and do it and it ends up being fine and the anxiety was way worse than the reality :-p

I'm a puss when it comes to pain, and I didn't find it bad at all. If you're nervous about the discomfort, pop a bunch of ibuprofen 20 minutes before your appointment time. You'll be fine. GL
