Joining you, hopefully just temporarily

Found out after a very emotionally draining day of 2 different ultrasounds at both the regular ob/gyn and a high-risk doctor that I have low amniotic fluids.  I was ordered to bed rest until at least my follow up next week and then they will assess what to do from there.  Anyone else with low fluids and/or on bed rest that can share some pointers with me?  Thanks!
