I have been temping at 6am.  The one day I had to get up extremely early (3 am) to leave for vacation my temp was WAY lower than it had been being.

What time are you ladies temping? Should I be doing it a little earlier in the am?

I temp at 6.  Just pick a time that's consistent.  One temp (hopefully) won't skew things too badly.

Thank You. I had been wondering about that for a few days now. Just scared that it might be ridiculous! lol

6 does seem to be consistent for me so hopefully the 95.8 was a fluke!

I temp at 5:45 (when I am temping).  As long as you do it at the same time every day it doesn't matter

I temp at 7:30, since I am not an early riser by any means! The actual time isn't nearly as important as keeping your timing consistent. Pick a time that you know will work throughout your cycle. GL!

Be consistent.. Not like me.. I work night shift and am not able to temp at the same time every day.. My chart shows how bad it looks if you do not temp at the same time everyday lol

It doesn't really matter much what time you temp, as long as it's consistent every day and after 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I would just mark the time difference in that one temp and FF will account for it.
