month 8...sigh

Hi Everyone!

Anyone else here on month 8 of ttc? I honestly never thought it would take us this long. I think I am finally past the frustration and can finally understand how people say try not to stress over it. For the longest time i thought that was impossible...but now I find myself not stressing and obsessing over ttc. I think we were totally losing the fun in having sex. I can honestly say this has been the most frustrating and upsetting experience. I only hope to see a BFP soon!

4 rounds of clomid - all no response
11/11 - Round 1 Follistim + Ovidrel trigger w/IUI - Mild OHSS + BFN
12/11 - Round 2 Follistim + Ovidrel trigger w/IUI - BFP!!!! Mild OHSS again
beta 16dpiui - 469, beta 20dpiui -2,050
2nd u/s- TWINS!
Carter & Sydney were born at 24 weeks and are currently in the NICU

    I'm on cycle 8 of TTC but that's 10 months for me since I've had a few longer cycles. 

    It is very frustrating and no I didn't think it would take me this long to get KU, but I guess that's life.  And DH and I are enjoying the practice.  Wink

    Good luck to you.  I hope we all get our BFP soon.

    Getting there... I'm heading into month 7, but only cycle 4. I have long cycles! Good luck...hope you get your BFP soon!

    You can stress, or not be stressed, and the days will pass regardless.  It's up to you on what attitude you'll have towards the process.  

    Nobody knows how long it'll take to get pg when you start out, some people are lucky and it happens right away, other couples take a year or even longer, even perfectly healthy ones w/no fertility issues.  Nobody WANTS it to take a long time and we all WANT to see a BFP soon... and it will!  Just hang in there and try not to get discouraged.

    TTC SINCE 7/2010, BFP-10/2010 ended in miscarriage 11/2010 : (.....
    Progesterone level 4/2011= 11.29. SA normal. HSG normal.
    8/11 Clomid 50mg=BFN progesterone level 35,
    10/11 Clomid 50mg =BFN progesterone level 31,
    11/11 Clomid 50mg=BFN progesterone level 12,
    12/11 Clomid 50mg=Progesterone 31
    01/12-Break from meds-BFN
    Feb-cd3 blood work FSH(5), AMH(0.56) 02/12 Break....
    03/01/12-Clomid 50mg with IUI #1=BFN.
    04/01/12-Another round of clomid with IUI#2=BFN.
    5/8/12-Diagnostic Laparoscopy-found minimal endometriosis and small fibriod.
    June and July-much needed break
    August-Bravelle 75 with IUI#3- BFN
    September-Bravelle injects with IUI #4-BFP!! MC 10/7/12 : ( Sonohysterogram-Normal
    December- Bravelle(3 good follicles & E2 1252) with IUI#5 BFFN :*(
    July IVF #1- BFP! : )  Beta #1-245, #2- 703, #3- 1655, #4- 3553 YAY!  Praying and Praying this one sticks around!
                      1st U/S scheduled for Aug 23rd!  
    Twins!!
