Muscle spasms in your belly?

Something was spasming for about 20 seconds an inch and a half or so above my belly button. Has anyone else had any spasming?? Is this normal?? Hmmm...

I get them all the time. Sometimes I get painful ones too. It's all normal.

Thanks! I've read that you can get them time to time because of all the stretching and things going on in there. Glad it's "normal"
