I saw your posting re: blogs and felt compelled to write to you.  I saw that you live with chronic illness and saw your symptoms...even your new ones.  I had the same thing and it turns out it's food intolerance (not allergy, but intolerance). I can't eat wheat, corn, soy, dairy.  I had the horrible fibromyalgia pains, chest pains, leg cramps, spasms, headaches, feeling of fullness in my ears...crazy stuff!  You would not believe, but corn is everywhere...in your toothpaste, vitamins, juice, food..everywhere...check out cornallergens.com website.  I don't know if this would apply to you, but it definitely may be worth a look.
