leaky Flips

I just moved my son to the middle rise snap on the Flips. They lay much flatter on his tummy and are easier to put on, but now they are leaking out his leg (usually just one side- but not the same one). I am now leaving one waist snap open whereas when we were on the smallest rise, I left two open. Could this be the issue? It just seems loose leaving two open. I dripped some water on them and it took a while to absorb, but then I read this may be normal with the Stay Dry. Maybe I need to strip, but they don't have any stink. Help! Up until now we loved our Flips!!

    Were they leaking before you changed the rise snaps?

    Not really. Sometimes they would leak out the top if he took a long nap. But, I tried switching the rise back down and they still leaked out the leg.

    I just noticed our babies are a week apart Smile. I don't know if you switched them back and they're still leaking? We haven't had any leaks with our flips yet. My LO is still on the smallest rise and the smallest waist size.. You could strip the inserts and see if that helps?
