since we finally settled on LO's name....I am curious what other May mom's are thinking.  :-)

Our DD#2 will be Avangeline Carolyn.  Ava will be her nickname.  Her big sis is Adelyn Rae, nn Addy.

For those of you who choose Cole for a boy - that was our first choice.  :-)

We are pretty sure we are having a girl (but we will know for sure tomorrow at our anatomy scan whoohoo!!) and we picked the name Samantha.  I really liked the name Lynnea.. but I have a handful of family members who were not fans.

We have had ours picked out since we Got engaged. Haha it was simple because DH is already a Jr. so our son will be named after him, Michael. And both my mother and DHs mother have the same middle name, so our daughter will be named after them, Andrea. Now if we end up with two of the same sex then we will have to brainstorm.

It's a boy... and his MIDDLE name will be Harrison (My g-pa was Harry and his was Harold... so that was easy!).

 

First name contenders: Dylan, Miles, Joshua, Tyler, Mason, Kyle, and maybe Cole.

Our baby girl is named Emmalyn Christine. I adore Emma and Lynn is my sisters, MIL, moms and my MN and my father passed away a year ago, so her middle name is after him, Christopher. I love calling her that already too!

Elias Robert (Eli) and Madeline Marie (Maddy) are ours, we are team green so we have to wait until May.  We are telling no one IRL the names because I do not want opinions.  Robert was my grandfather and fathers name, both have passed away and Marie is my middle name.

Elijah James. James is my dad's first name that he never uses, since he goes by his middle name, Michael, Mike for short which is funny, because when trying to decide on his name, my grandmother proclaimed that Michael was NOT a first name!

Surprising that there are not that many Samanthas out there...  I wanted a not-so-common, but a known name. I love it too! congrats on your lil boy!

We had a few but the ones we liked best were Isaac Lukas for a boy and Elizabeth Josephine for a girl. We are probably having a girl according to our anatomy scan. I'm very excited to bring our little Eliza home in May.

We have Swedish roots in our family and August is a family name. Erik is DH's brother's MN.

We are still deciding on a middle name, but he will most likely be Parker Curtis.  Curtis is DH's middle name as well as my aunt's middle name (she passed away from cancer when I was 16).

Boy: Willem Scott - DH likes the nick name Will, but dislikes William, so Willem it is!  My dad and DH's dad's middle name is William, so it's sort of a 'tribute' in a vague way, and my brother's middle name is Scott

Girl: Renee Emily - We just like Renee, and Emily is DH's mom's and and grandma's middle name

That's my cousin's son's name!  

 

We find out on Christmas and will start deciding on names after that, but if it's a girl, her middle name will be Jean, a tradition in my husband's family, but also my grandmother's middle name.
