I have had a cold for the past 2 days that has caused me to barely move from the couch in 2 days... I am dying to feel better and work out again because I feel like a big useless lump... and with Christmas just days away I really wanted to get some good workouts in this week!!! Just venting!! How long would you wait to start some activity again, I don't want to push my body and end up worse for the holiday.
