We are using cloth diapers but are still using disposable wipes. I would like to use cloth wipes too. Do you use them dry? Can you keep them wet and what do you use as a solution?
I use unbleached flannel wipes and make my own solution.
2 cups water
2 tbsp all natural baby wash
2 tbsp baby oil
Mix it together and either put it in a squirt bottle and moisten the wipes as you go (or the babys bottom) OR you can put the wipes in a container as you would throw aways and pour the solution over the top!
I put a couple of wipes in an old disposables wipes box, and get them wet -- not soaking/dripping wet, but wet enough. I don't put a ton in at once, because DS doesn't poop that often, and I don't want them sitting around wet for a long time.
Mommy to DD1 (June 2007), DS (January 2010), DD2 (July 2012), and The Next One (EDD 3/31/2015)
I use the "Especially for Baby" brand wash clothes (BRU brand). I tried spraying them with a squirt bottle but I found to clean up a poopy job it's easier to just wet two of them in the sink, wring them out and then use them that way. I always wet two, just incase, and it always does the job.
I store mine in a basket on the changing table. I wet them with an old hair color applicator bottle with a solution on water, baby oil, baby wash and a few drops of tea tree oil.

Every mom is different with them. I use gerber and circo washcloths. I keep a spray bottle and my peri bottle full of water only at the changing table and wet the cloths as needed.
eta: I also store mine dry in an old wipes container.

We use organic bamboo fleece wipes that I got from Etsy seller Wooldins. We have 48 of them and keep them in a Prince Lionsheart Wipes Warmer at the diaper changing station in my LO's room.
I picked mine up from a consignment sale for $6. So you might check that for an option. But, now that I've used it everyday for nearly a year, I'd pay full price, I love it that much! The pads you put inside to keep everything fresh have to be replaced every 3 months, which is no big deal and I bought 2 packs (they come with 2 pads each) to last me this entire year. You can get replacement pads online or locally at BRU, etc.
They won't "pop up" through the opening like sposie wipes, so we just "cigar roll" them, wet them with warm water and pop them into the wipes warmer. We just use plain tap water and it works great! They stay moist and warm in the warmer...when we want one (or two or three!) we just pop open the top and voila! Love this system...so easy!
