Taking my twins out alone for the 1st time!

I'm taking my babies to the pediatrician because I'm concerned about acid reflux.  They both have been gagging, coughing and choking, and screaming after nursing, and projectile vomiting.  So off we go on our 1st outing, just me and the babies!  Hubby is working, and can't take off. 

I'm healed from the c/s.. so I'm allowed to carry both babies in their car seats now!  Although I'm thinking it's going to be quite the workout... It's been MONTHS since I've done any type of physical activity other than lifting my babies.

Good luck!  I've been taking my girls out by myself since they were 3 weeks old.  I cant stay cooped up at home, so I try to get out at least 3 times a week.  Going out the first time is the hardest, then it gets easier!

GL! Like PP said, I also try and take my babies out at least 2-3x per week (for my own sanity!) It does get easier!

One suggestion, you might want to bring the stroller if you can manage that (also depending on how far you have to walk with them). In order to get to our pediatrician's office we have to park in a parking garage and take 2 separate elevators. It's quite the haul and I can't fathom doing it while carrying the carseats!

Good luck Momma! You can do it and it feels pretty damn good to get out there with them on your own. Hope everything is okay with your LO's!

Good luck to you, I'm sure you will be fine! You are a braver woman than I.

I however have yet to go out by myself, I have always had a helper. I will be taking mine to the doctor by myself for the first time next week, unless I can find someone to go with me.

It was kinda fun!!  We had a couple crying fits.. but once I got them in the car and started driving, they quieted down.
