where is the settings button?

I click my name -- no settings button to be found.

I couldn't find a settings button either.  I can't walk you through the exact steps b/c I'm getting errors when trying to access mine now, but it was under edit profile or something like that.  Then there is a tab at the top that says profile settings.  I changed everything in there to private.
