Does anyone know if this is ok to do if they are washed out and dried? It seems like such a waste, especially when I need to start making just 1 or 2oz bags. TIA!
I don't think you can reuse them but I know of a few people who pump, pour into ice cube trays to freeze and then you can use either freezer bags or even better, use reusable lunchboxes to store individual portions.
I personally wouldn't. Having lost milk due to a few bags that ended up having holes in them (which is going to be more of a possibility with washing them) I'd try and find other reusable options. There are some glass storage containers and BPA free plastic ones you could use, or the ice cube method would be an option.

I use the ice cube method for freezing but the bags for fresh. I'll reuse them once or twice ... but before I fill them up with milk I fill them up with water to make sure they don't have any holes/leaks. Then dry them, then pour milk in. Usually after 2-3 uses they're shot.
I tried. They just leaked. I've never had a leak when only using them once but the few times I've tried to re-use they've leaked. The cheapest and easiest way I've found that's EF is to freeze in canning jars that are freezer approved. They're glass, re-usable, and inexpensive. Plus, when you're done BFing you can use them to can!
