I like Desmond and Miles the best.  I don't like the first names that start with R when you say them with Ronald.  However, I suppose you won't be calling him by his first and middle name very often, so maybe that won't matter.

Emmett sounds the best with Ronald I think but I like a few of the names more -- just not with Ronald as a MN.
