Ways to Induce Labor

I know about walking, sex (sperm & orgasm), eating spicy foods, and taking castrol oil (which I don't recommend because the baby could have a BM inside the womb), but are there any other ways?

Eating pineapple is an old wives tale to start labor.  Specifically the core, I believe.

Hehe, I would especially not recommend "castrol oil" as it's motor oil.

You're probably referring to castor oil.

Also heard a foot massage b/c there are trigger points they can hit to start labor. I plan on making an appointment for one this week!

Don't worry, I've been doing it for a few days at work, watching TV, driving...... I have a doc appt today, we'll see if it helped
