Need help with City Mini harness

Any tips on how to adjust the City Mini harness? We just got one and it is really hard to move. It seems like it would take an hour to move it a quarter inch.

weird maybe there is something wrong w/ yours. If you are talking about the two harnesses that go around the babies arms I just push up with the extra strap at the bottom and then move the plastic part down.
