I used to take shots the night before Thanksgiving which resulted in a turkey day hangover. Now, starting tomorrow night, I'm going to give myself shots. Not the fun kind either! I am excited to start injectibles because the ball is in motion. In less than a month I will hopefully have 2 embies inside me praying that they stick. The holidays have increased my BOTB to an all time high. Last Christmas, we thought we'd have an addition to our family this year. We kept. saying "This'll be our last Christmas with just K". I am so excited that I might actually be pregnant next month. Wish me luck giving myself my first shot tomorrow night. Hopefully, I'll do it right! Thanks for all the support. It's hard for me to get on the board because I'm so busy but I send my love to everyone!

Hi! I was thinking about you today and I went to your blog to see if you had any new updates, so I'm glad you posted here. I wish you the best of luck on your shots and the IVF....I'll be praying for you.
Good luck! I used to give myself injections when I was doing my allergy injections. It sucked, but somehow I managed to do them weekly for a couple of years - one in each leg each time!
I should be around on BB so if you need help walking thru it, just message me! Its not that hard...really. Its a little needle and just do it and get it over with. For me, the anticipation of the shot was always worse than the shot itself. And the first one is always the worst. Grow little eggs grow!!!
Good luck!!! I can't imagine having to give myself shots everyday, but I know it'll be so worth it for you!
