BG 3.0 vs 4.0?

I know this has probably been asked before, so sorry!  I am on a 2 week diaper trial right now and am liking it so will be building up a stash.  I am really loving the tots bots easy fit AIO, but am tempted by the BG sale I am seeing online.  What is the difference between the 3.0 and 4.0???  Also, any recommendations for online stores that are the cheapest - or are they all pretty much the same?

    The 4.0 comes in a snaps closure....the hook and loop closure is improved and the rise is higher so it's more likely to las through potty training.
