Re: Fitteds - put in dryer?

  • Sometimes I'll put them in for 20 minutes to get them semi dry and then line dry them with my other diapers. Otherwise I just line dry them.

  • I dry all my diapers.  It's too cold to dry outside here & I don't have a setup in my house to dry indoors.

  • I line dried then all summer when he was a NB to get the poo stains out.....now that it's getting colder I use the dyer.  I figure there's no PUL involved so no harm done.  I suppose if they were velcro closure I might not to make it last longer.

  • Yup.  I dry them on low.
  • I do not put anything with PUL or elastic in the dryer. So fitteds get line dried indoors or out. The only thing that goes in my dryer are prefolds, inserts, and wipes. I want everything to last as long as possible.

  • I put them in the dryer. I don't have a set up for drying them outside.  I line dry all my PUL in the laundry room.

  • I put mine in on air dry. That way there's no heat so they won't wear quicker, but it keeps them feeling soft and like new, unlike line drying does.
