Day Care for twin infants

Currently I have a nanny for my 3.5 month old girls.  I just returned to work this week.  boo.  Unfortunately my nanny has another job lined up for the spring.  I am considering a daycare center as an option when she is gone.  I have no idea how to go about finding something safe, reliable, etc.  Can anyone give me recommendations?

the daycare the boys go to is in algiers, but it's not fancy or anything. but i'm sure they have openings for infants. do you still have my email address?
