NMS so I can't even come up with one but I think I have heard of an Adalyn Grace.

"And can it be that in a world so full and busy, the loss of one weak creature makes a void in any heart, so wide and deep that nothing but the width and depth of vast eternity can fill it up." - Charles Dickens
I'm surprised at how often I see this name come up, both in terms of potential-name-for-baby and actual kids with the name...mostly because a few years back I had "Adelin"(pronounced the same way) pop into my head, thought it was pretty, and then rejected it for anything but fictional/game characters, because it was made up. Now, it seems to be a fairly popular(if not common) name, at least on the Bump.
As far as middle names, I remember thinking Rose went well with it...
I love the name, but would spell is Adelyn. Adelyn is a variant of Adelaide and is old German. I don't think it's trendy at all. What I think makes the same look a bit trendier is the spelling Adalyn.

This exactly. I have the name Adelyn on my list and we are torn between Adelyn Reese or Adelyn Rae.

Adalyn sounds either like someone was trying to be creative with Addison or misspelled Madeline
With such a trendy FN, definitely should be paired with a more traditional MN
Adalyn Rose Adalyn Faith Adalyn May Adalyn June Adalyn Marie Adalyn Grace Adalyn Louise Adalyn Elise Adalyn Joy Adalyn Kay Adalyn Jean Adalyn Eve Adalyn Cate Adalyn Hope Adalyn Claire
Actually, I like Adeline, but I don't care for these spellings.
That's not just a different spelling, it's a different name. Adeline is French and has a much different feel and pronunciation than Adelyn. And while you may not like her name, I'm not sure how you find it phonetically incorrect.

I love this name. My DH has been set on Madelyn for a very long time. Awhile back I tried to convince him to change it to Adalyn.. he wasn't as fond of it as I am. We were going to Adalyn Grace.

It's the third letter...second A. I often see Adelyn, but Adalyn is the phonetic spelling. I think we're saying the same thing, just in different ways. Adeline is French with the EEN ending, however, INE is treated differently depending on where you are. Caroline (<- linky) is an excellent example...it has several different pronunciations. Also, look at Katherine, Josephine...all INE, but all different. Yes, Adelyn would get her the pronunciation she wants, and I do encourage her to look at changing that third letter from an A to an E, but I can also see this as a pronunciation of Adeline.
I love this name, it has been one of my top names for years, but now is becoming 'trendy'. However, its still up at the top of my list. I was never sure how to spell it (I originally thought Addilynn b/c I initially heard it, but didn't see it writtenfor years), but through time it looks like Adalyn or Adelyn is the common spelling. Anyways, if we use it we would use Adalyn Jane (my MIL mn) although DH still LOVES Madelyn.

Love this name! But I have seen it popping up EVERYWHERE!!
I love Adalyn Rose, or any other middle name that is one-syllable .
Grace?
Mae?
Jo?
NMS at all. It just sounds so trendy to me.
If you're going to use it, I think it'd sound best with a one syllable mn like Faith, Joy, Jane, Mae.
