I know I should know this, but I have a question

I know CD1 is the first day of bleeding.  Is that true even when you're on bcp?  I take my last pill on Saturday.  But I won't bleed until Thursday.  That makes Thursday CD1 right? 

The reason I'm asking is b/c I'm thinking of starting Femara a cycle sooner than I had originally planned. (shhh, don't tell anybody)  I have an appt with my dr to get the Femara on Wednesday, so that would be perfect timing since I take it days 3-7 (if I remember correctly).
