Creepy Janitor

Don?t know if anyone remembers my story about the janitor at work commenting on how long I was in the bathroom.  He also comments on things that are in my garbage.   Anyways, I reported it to his supervisor and he was given a warning.

 

So today as he was getting on the elevator (which is right outside my office).  He looks at me and says ?Well Daddy?s going downstairs.?  And then he says ?The more I eat the more I gain.?  At the time I was eating an oreo cookie.  I felt he was commenting on what I was eating.

 

He creeps me out so much.

how come he works during the day? most janitors in my building work afterhours.  not to completely freak you out, but make sure you dont leave the office when its dark out...people cannot be trusted and if you reported him once, he might be upset with you....be careful

That is beyond creepy! If I were in your shoes I would let his supervisor know that you don't want him talking with you, because he never has normal comments! Get a restraining order, that will keep him out of the building!

There is a maintenance worker from the agency next door (who services our building as well, there are thousands of employees so at least I can miss him). When he is around I alway feel eyes on me, and I am not the only woman to say this. I was in the elevator going down and he got on the next floor.... he said "Lookin mighty perty today, lady." (we were the only two there and I was like "thanks...."---- he's an older (60s) not as educated man, and he talks like it, which makes him even creepier! --- he told me coworker "You look like your a dancer" and she was like, OMG he thinks I look like a stripper! AKKKKKK

We had an outside IT guy that would come in and he would corner me and touch me inappropriately and one time he was pretending to look for computer cords or something and was literally almost sticking his head UP my skirt.  I reported him to my boss and she said I was being dramatic and I should dress differently if I didn't want the attention.  PS at the time I was an attractive 18 year old just out of high school and I was her assistant. She used me as a punching bag and when I quit I called her every name in the book.  Anyway...turned out he was molesting children, exposing himself to other clients, and had assaulted other women clients.  So...looks like I was right. He ended up hanging himself because he was afraid of jail.  What a pig.  Anyway, moral of the story when you get that creepy feeling act on it and KEEP ACTING ON IT. No ones allowed to make you feel that way.  And the daddy comment, thats like...really weird I hope you said something to someone!~

I've commented to other people about it and they will just say "Oh, it's just Bucky."  Everyone knows that he has seizures and takes medicine for it and they all blame the meds for his behavior.

Oh gosh, what is with some people? Ew.   I have a little story: One Saturday when I was working, one of our employees came over to talk to me and asked if one of the girls was pregnant. (It was only the 2 of us in the building). I said yes, she was pregnant (because she was telling people at the time) and he said he knew because he watches all of us girls walk down the hallway when we pass his desk. He said he could tell because her butt and thighs filled out. I was SO disgusted by this and reported it to HR. I really didn?t need to know that? And now that I?m pregnant, it has me even more creeped out. I avoid him at all costs. I do not want him staring at me down the hallway. Yuck!

THEN I'd go back to his supervisor if it continued. Ugh. Sorry you have to go through that! So ridiculous!

Yes he's creepy and weird, but might he be a little bit special??  I work at walgreens and we have this guy who is slightly cognitively impaired who just unloads the truck and he is really awkward.  I mean like you say hi, he says hi back, stares at you for 5 minutes before making some random comment about the weather.  I could just see him saying the "more I eat, the more I gain" comment because he seems unable to carry on a full conversation and is always reaching for something to say.  Just a thought
