I think it's lovely, though I probably wouldn't use it (just like too many other names more). It has a unique, feminine sound, and I really like the NN Corrie for a girl. I've known two women with this name, and they were both fun, energetic, and creative, so I have a good impression of this name.
I think it looked best spelled the way you have it, Corinne.
Re: WDYT of Corinne?
I would spell it like you have it.
I really like it. It's in my top 20.

I've seen it as Corrine, but I like Corinne..
I went to babynames.com and typed in Corrine and it took me to Corinne. Stick with what you like
Would the nickname Cory/Cori bother you?
I first though of Corinna:
