Question on double strollers, esp Baby Jogger

I'm looking at this stroller
The Baby Jogger City Mini double. It's on sale for $399.
BUT I was just shopping on https://www.albeebaby.com/ and saw this one
which is normally $649 on sale for $399. It's a Baby Jogger Summit 360 double.
My question is, just because it's a more expensive stroller, does that mean I will like it better? Is it a better stroller?

Have you checked on which is higher rated? DH and I started looking at doubles, and I feel completely lost. The only thing I can think to go by is the ratings, and I ask strangers when I see them with doubles.
I'm interested to hear what sort of feed back you get, though!
haha, I just google the brand we were looking at. Like DH loves the phil & ted double, with the one kid sitting basically in the other kids butt area. I just googled the name of that one and read everything I could. There's that book that everyone uses to find out the safety ratings of all the car seats and things, I forget the name, that may also be useful!

I have the single version of both strollers. Both are a nice smooth ride, both fold up with ease. The summit is heavier. I find myself reaching for the mini because it's just easier to lift into the car one handed.

It's double tall instead of wide! I saw it in person, pretty awesome! GL, hope this helped a little!
The main differences will be size and durability. We went with one of the more expensive baby joggers b/c it was going to be used for more outdoor use. We have a tandem for shopping and such.
And an extra little hint:
We have the Kolcraft Options Tandem. Awesome for grocery shopping. You can fit an entire grocery trip (minus big things like dog food) in the basket. its been a lifesaver.
I KNOW! I told DH that it would be a huge embarrassment for the baby2 sitting behind the baby1 if baby1 pooped. Poor baby2.
We arent really feeling tandem, cos I can only imagine the arguments about who gets to sit up front and who doesnt... That's pretty much our only reason on that. I'm SUPER in love with the bumbleride though. OH GOSH, it looks amazing.
We looked at both of them and they had 2 drawbacks for us- 1. they're BIG, not just unfolded, but took up a huge amount of space folded as well. So if space is an issue, that is a factor. 2. They're heavy. Many double joggers weigh 50+lbs for the stroller. Something to consider if you're going to be lifting/carrying it. That being said, if you have the storage space and aren't looking to haul it around, they're awesome.
We ultimately decided on the Maclauren Twin Techno for our girls because while I go walking with them, I'm not a runner and we rarely aren't on paved roads where we need the larger wheels. I've been happy with our Techno. Its comfortable for me to push on 3-5 mile walks, but still folds up nice and small to fit in the trunk of my Accord. I like that I don't feel like I need to bulk up at the gym to lift it too.
As a total side note, I saw there is a twin jogger marked down at LL Bean.com for $199 down from around $400. Free shipping too.
I have the city mini double and I LOVE it!!!!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Seriously the best stroller I've ever had. My 2.5 year old loves it and both kids sleep really well in it. It fit in the trunk of my Camry (which was a big factor...not many doubles fit in the trunk of a car) and it fits through doors and in store isles well.
