Hylands Cough Syrup

DS spent the night at my parents last night.  He has an annoying cough and they wound up getting Hylands Cough Syrup.  Anyone used this stuff?   Thoughts?

we have used it.  I think it helps a little, but DSs cough and runny nose wasn't terrible to start with.

I am wary of them after the teething tablets recall.  They weren't monitoring the amount of herbs put in there, to where some had toxic levels.  I won't buy anything from them again.
