Change in PP Periods?

Before having DD, I would have warnings that my period was coming: headaches, minor cramps, spotting and finally the flow.. all these in two or three days so I was awared and prepared.

Now, it's something like: sudden cramping and run to the bathroom because I have already a heavy flow, no previous sign of anything.

I'm not charting or anything like that (we are using condoms), but I have like an idea when to expect my period but at the end it always surprises me... like today

I've had my PP period for 5 months now, and I still have no normalcy.  That includes my tell-tale symptoms before she was to arrive.  Hope to be back to 'normal' soon.

It's a totally different experience for me, too.  I get more cramps beforehand now than I ever did before, and it is still way heavier than normal.  I'm still BFing, though, so I'm hoping it will go back to normal at some point when I stop.

mine is still way off!! I stopped Breast feeding 8 ish months ago- I've been on the pill since then- yesterday I got my period... I am not due to get it until next Monday.... Now I have continued with my pills, so now I'm messed up AGAIN!!  Can't wait until things go back to "normal"
