I tried the FB OS last night on DD2.  You can see pics in my post below.  It does fit her, but she is not a skinny baby (she's just on the chunkier side of average for a newborn, IMO).  I don't really like how bulky they are on her (and I didn't think I minded bulk; I guess I do!), and since we have nb fitteds and pfs and covers, I think I will stick with those and let DD2 wear the FBs.
