Free things to do with baby in Metrowest area?

I'm looking for recommendations on free (or cheap) groups/things to do during the week with my 4 month old, especially with winter coming. I want our nanny to have some options to get out of the house. Our library has a few things and I know Isis has a free drop-in playgroup...any other suggestions? Specifically interested in things in Wellesley/Needham/Newton/Natick area.
