Question about Progesterone.

I'm supposed to start using progesterone 2 days after my first + opk so that would be today. I'm irrationally worried that tonight is too early to use them. What time do you start using progesterone?

My RE had me using it the day after my first + OPK.  For my IVF transfers I do it the day of the transfer.  So I think you'd be ok using them today.

I was told to use in the morning and I started 3 dpo. Not sure the reasoning though.

I took it at night (because of the drowsiness) and started it on 3DPO.  It worked well for me because FF had just confirmed O.

Thanks ladies. Yeah I got a + monday and yesterday and negative today. If I had a temp dip yesterday and it went back up today so maybe I Oed yesterday and its not too soon. I'm just so worried to take it and then not ovulate. Irrational much? Yes!

For my IUI's it was 3 dpiui.  For IVF it will be the day after retreival.
