pampered chef baking stone cracked

I went to get the biscuits out of the oven, and the stone was in pieces. It's probably 3 years old. Will they replace it or should I toss it?

Re: pampered chef baking stone cracked

  • I would call them and see, I have 2  I got them 5 years ago.
  • Stoneware carries a 3 year warranty. You can call them at 888-our-chef and they should be able to look up exactly when you purchased to see if it's under warranty still. If it is, you'll have to ship them back a piece of the broken stone and they'll ship you a replacement. I'm not sure if you would have to cover shipping of the stone back to you or not, also you want to make sure you ship w/ delivery confirmation so you have proof! I'm so sorry that happened.

  • I actually think the stone are guaranteed for life. I believe they will replace it.

  • I am a consultant.

First things first- the stoneware does NOT have a lifetime warranty. The only products in our line that carry a lifetime warranty is our cookware and our Forged Cutlery knives.

Stoneware does have a 3 year warranty on it.

If you call the consultant you purchased from (if you have your recepit or her contact information) she will be more than happy to help you if she is still a consultant. Or you can call the number that a PP posted- 1-888-our-chef and explain that the stone cracked while in your oven. They will look up when you purchased the stone and if it is still under warranty they will have you mail back to them a palm sized piece of the stone and then they will send you a brand new stone to replace it with.

Let me know if you need any help- I will be more than happy to help you- or if you want me to contact home office or anything for you I can see if I can get the adjustment done for you.
