Stoneware carries a 3 year warranty. You can call them at 888-our-chef and they should be able to look up exactly when you purchased to see if it's under warranty still. If it is, you'll have to ship them back a piece of the broken stone and they'll ship you a replacement. I'm not sure if you would have to cover shipping of the stone back to you or not, also you want to make sure you ship w/ delivery confirmation so you have proof! I'm so sorry that happened.

Or you can call the number that a PP posted- 1-888-our-chef and explain that the stone cracked while in your oven. They will look up when you purchased the stone and if it is still under warranty they will have you mail back to them a palm sized piece of the stone and then they will send you a brand new stone to replace it with.
