It says on their site that shipping is not to exceed $11.95 per order, but as I went to place an order there was a "Delivery and Processing" charge of $29! Is this an error, or does this charge include more than shipping?

    I have never seen that before. They are quick to answer with the e-mail customer service or you can call. That doesn't sound right at all. I haven't had shipping more than $6 with them.

    That doesn't sound right. They email back very quickly and should be able to figure out what is going on.
