PSA: FP/Mattel toy recall

Fisher-Price/Mattel has issued quite a few toy/high chair/baby item recalls today.  One of Babytaffy's infant items (that I was going to reuse) has now been recalled - so they went back a ways since his item is 4 years old.

ETA: It helps to click on the item for recall, and then click on the "review the announcement" link because there are actually several products in each posting, not just the one that they picture on the main page.  If I hadn't have clicked on the announcement, I wouldn't have known about Babytaffy's item.
