Well right now I'm eating some strawberry flavored applesauce, and it's really hitting the spot. I'm a teacher and in between classes I've been scarfing down Nutri Grain bars and animal crackers. I know these aren't the healthiest options, but they seem to fill me up.
Cut fresh fruit is pretty much the only thing I can stomach these days. My original goto snacks cheese-its, chex mix, cookies, peanut butter or cheese crackers all make me sick now

pretzels, apple slices, grapes and tang juice. I can't drink water because it makes me sick but tang tastes great. I have been craving beef summer sausage and eating little bits here and there but it is really not good for me so trying to not eat a lot of it.

I have loved peanut butter my whole life...but I can't eat it now. It just doesn't taste the same and the feeling of it in my stomach makes my nausea even worse.
I like crackers like Ritz and Saltines, as well as cheese. I just had some apple sauce which I think is going to be making an encore performance sadly so I don't recommend that. I also like granola bars and salty chips.
Pirates Booty is a white cheese rice kernal snack. It is a little hard to describe...but SO delicious!! It looks like popcorn but is a rice product with a white cheddar taste. Go online and call the company to see if they distribute to any stores in your area.
All this talk of pirates booty made me want it!
I just saw my chiropractor and I told her I can't seem to stomach ANY protein. I tried chicken salad, egg salad, meat loaf. All makes me gag. She told me to try ricotta cheese (she said cut up tomotoes in it) and greek yogurt! She also said string cheese is good.
My doctor doesn't want me to eat peanut butter or tuna so there goes my favorite protein!!

Re: Give me your snack suggestions
1/2 a PB&J (save the other half for later)
string cheese
pirate booty (one serving fills a bowl, so looks like a lot, but really isn't a lot of food)
I'll welcome ideas as well, since I'm a hairdresser, and need snacks that can be consumed in under 30 seconds.

Everyone is so different but hopefully some of these may help...they are the only really things I can stomach right now with morning sickness.
Hope some of these help!

Multigrain Cheerios
