I am STARVING every 2 hours on the dot. I can't stomach a full meal, so I've been eating snacks every 2 hours. I am running out of ideas!
Give me your snack ideas- I'm going shopping after work!
1/2 a PB&J (save the other half for later)
pirate booty (one serving fills a bowl, so looks like a lot, but really isn't a lot of food)
I'll welcome ideas as well, since I'm a hairdresser, and need snacks that can be consumed in under 30 seconds.

I have loved peanut butter my whole life...but I can't eat it now. It just doesn't taste the same and the feeling of it in my stomach makes my nausea even worse.
I like crackers like Ritz and Saltines, as well as cheese. I just had some apple sauce which I think is going to be making an encore performance sadly so I don't recommend that. I also like granola bars and salty chips.

My snack options change daily, hohum
some faves- cheese sticks, grapes, seltzer with lemon, graham crackers
scooby fruit snacks haha
a few almonds with a few crackers or dried cranberries
pita chips with hummus
half a peanut butter sandwich
frozen fruit bar
apple or grapes
these are my favorite snacks at the moment. Saltines got old really fast, so right now I'm enjoying Kashi crackers.
Everyone is so different but hopefully some of these may help...they are the only really things I can stomach right now with morning sickness.
