If I am ever a supervisor...

I will always at least say hello to my employees when I see them or walk past their offices (not every time, but the first time I see them that day). My boss's office is just down the hall from mine and he passes my door several times a day and will not even acknowledge that I am here (unless he needs something). I get it that he is busy and I try not to take it personally, but I think he could be a little more courteous. Oh well. I'm in the process of applying for another job anyway, but just wanted to vent for a second.
