TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

Hot dog!! At least it's covered...

I called my prescription insurance earlier (before my freak out) and they just called me back and said that a 30 day supply of Lovenox will cost me $9.  Yup, that's it... nine bucks.  I am pleasantly surprised. I am still mad I have this issue but at least I won't have to pay a small fortune for the meds.  Hopefully these do the trick and our FET works next month and we actually get to start our family.

Re: Hot dog!! At least it's covered...

  • Thank goodness! I hate that you have to take it, but it will bring you the baby!
  • Oh good. Getting coverage is the worst part of the Lovenox, it really is.

Ice the spot, don't pinch, and go for the gold lady. You can do it!

This! The ice and not pinching makes a difference!

  • That's good, at least you don't have to deal with that part of it!

  • OH YAY!!!  I know so many ladies have to work so hard to get that covered - that's a BIG WIN!!

Still sorry you have to do it, but just think of what you'll be able to say to that future child one day when they say something like "But mama, I don't want a shot."

"You don't want a shot?  You wanna know what I had to go through to have you, kiddo?"
