How much milk are you giving your LO when they wake up?  I have been giving my DD 4 oz every 3 hours during the day and then she usually sleeps from 10 or 11 until 2:30 or 3 and then wakes again at 6.  Last night she had 4 oz at 9, an oz at 11 and then sleep until 4.  I gave her 4 oz then and she seemed satisfied, went back to sleep okay and slept until 7:30.  Basically, how will I know if I need to increase her bottle?

DD has been taking 5oz since she was 2 months old.  She is 4 months now.  She eats 5 oz's about every 3-4 hours.  She gets 5 oz's at her last bottle and sttn.  Her first bottle is 5 oz's and she seems full.  I would say if when she is done and just doesnt seem full maybe up her oz's but if she spits up alot then I would drop her back down.

DD gets 5 ounces around 7pm and sleeps until 6am. At that point we feed her 4.5 ounces. I usually try upping the amount when I take the bottle out and she's pissed. I typically go by 1/2 ounce increments. If she spits it up then maybe she's not ready. If she takes it all then keep trying it and then make it permanent.

My DS is a chubber and is already on cereal 2x/day.  He gets 6oz when he wakes up at 5:30am, cereal at 8am, 4oz bottle at 9am, 4oz at noon, 4oz at 3pm, cereal at 5:30pm, 4oz at 7pm, then 6oz at 9pm before bed to hold him through the night.  Before he started on cereal he was eating 6oz every 3hrs or so, which was about 36oz/day.
