Sounds like it could be caused by allergies. I take Zyrtec as needed and haven't had any negative effects on my milk supply because of it. (The doc said it's safe)

I've taken Zyrtec in the past too.  My doctor said it was one of the more safe cold meds while BFing because it is a very slow release of the medication in your system.

 Avoid medications with pseudoephedrine as they may decrease your supply.
