does anyone have a tutu that I could borrow?

we re doing sophie's photos on Friday.  I'm not sure if i order from etsy it will get here soon enough.  i have to email michelle b/c she said she hasthe crocheted hats.  Or does anyone know where i could buy a hat and tutu in the area taht won't cost a fortune?

I just saw a bunch last weekend - and I am 90% sure they were at Marshalls (so they would be cheap)...but I also went to Old Navy and they may have been there. Wish I could help more!

Eves was sz 9 mos.. so that won't work but they are everywhere in the stores. Old navy definitely has them.. and gymboree... and I think childrens place.

You could make one or you could try Target. I found quite a few for DD at Target and they had all sizes. I got a whole little ballerina outfit for her there. If you wanted to make one they're pretty easy. Just put some elastic measure it to DD's waist cut it about an inch smaller than her waist. Then take Tulle and cut it in 6 inch pieces and tie it around the elastic. Sew a pretty bow on it and you've made a tutu [it's pretty cheap too about $10 for all the materials]

I do have a hat you could use but I'm not positive it would fit sophie. Mine is black with a dark like magenta flower. Eve wore it for a couple of the pics I took of her at christmas time.

Gap at the Galleria & Eastern Hills had some on their sale racks.  Not sure if they have small sizes left.

The ones I have say 2 yrs and 5 yrs.  But the elastic fits dd fine now.  I also put it around her at about 3 months old and was able to make it look ok while she was laying down (if I had picked her up it would fall off).  If anyone is headed from ROC to BUF you could certainly borrow them.

But I found them on craigslist, a local lady makes them and sells them for $5-10.  Maybe check the buf craigslist?

I have also seen them at Walmart, but they were on sale now that the fall stuff came out, so I don't know if there are many left.

I have a pink and white one the fit Lucie at 3 months, if you want to borrow you are welcome to, just not sure how I'd get it to you...if you want, I can mail it tomorrow.
