New here (DD in post)

I'm new here, but from reading some of the posts I recognize some names from the February board I once frequented and also the Miscarriage/Loss board, where I have been as late--a wonderful and supportive group of ladies. 

Just wanted to introduce myself.  I lost my baby at the 12 week mark last month and had a D&C a couple days later.  I just got my first AF today at 31 days past the D&C and am thinking we will be TTC pretty soon.  Still hurting over this loss but have no desire to wait--just want to keep moving forward. 

Our doc gave us the ok to TTC after just one cycle, although I have to admit that I am extremely nervous to try again.  Are there many others also planning to TTC after cycle one post D&C?

Welcome to the board - I'm so sorry for your loss.  Our dr. had us wait 2 cycles before ttc, but whatever your dr. says is what's right for you.

We were cleared to TTC after one cycle.  My Dr. gave the caveat that if AF was "wonky" (literally her word) or significantly abnormal we should wait until the next "normal"-type AF to try.

Welcome to TTCAL and I'm sorry for your loss.  Your DD is adorable by the way!  We started trying right after the m/c because our doctor gave us the okay and we were also ready to move on.

I am very sorry for your loss, but welcome to the board.  I was cleared to TTC again after one cycle.  We did start trying then, but here I am 5 months later and we are still trying.  Hopefully, your stay will be a short one.  Best of luck.

I am so sorry for your loss.  You will find the women on this board extremely supportive and informative. 

I didn't have a D&C, but we also were told to wait 1 cycle before trying again.  This is our first cycle post-m/c.  We were extremely nervous, but now that the 2WW is here, we want nothing more than to get a BFP.  

Good luck, I hope your stay here is S&S.

I remember you from the February board as well. I'm so sorry for your loss. I just had my first post D&C AF and will be trying again this month as well. Like you, I am extremely nervous, but this is something that I want so bad. I've got to go for it. This board is a great resource full of caring and supportive women. Welcome!

I had a natural m/c at 8 weeks and we were able to try again the next cycle.  Good luck to you!
